While we like when life runs smoothly and there are no hiccups, we do know that’s not always the case!

Please read our policies below.

Cancellations

We require 24 hr notice for cancellations. If you fail to cancel more than 24 hrs in advance, Nice & Neat Home Cleaning Services, LLC reserves the right to charge for the clean, whether services were actually rendered or not. A lot of planning goes into our process and less than a 24 hr notice does now allow for proper planning.

$100 Lockout

If we arrive at the house at the schedule time and find the door to be locked and nobody is there to let us in, we will notify you (via text message or call) and wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, if no response, we reserve the right to go to another cleaning appointment and charge you a $100 lockout fee.

$20 Late Fee

After 7 days post-clean, if no payment has been made, we charge a $20 late fee. We do not anticipate needing to collect this fee with our amazing clients, but do reserve the right to.

Illness

As part of our commitment to providing a safe, healthy and productive workplace for our team members and clients, Nice & Neat Home Cleaning has adopted this policy to help protect employees and clients from the spread of and exposure to communicable diseases. A communicable disease is an illness due to an infectious agent that is transmitted directly or indirectly from one person to another. All team members and clients are responsible for understanding and abiding by this policy. We ask that anyone (clients and team members alike) who is experiencing moderate to severe symptoms please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and we will handle a reschedule or cancelation appropriately.
