About You
We serve the Lake Minnetonka area of the Twin Cities, including, Minnetonka, Victoria, Chanhassen, Excelsior, Chaska, Mound, Orono, Long Lake, Plymouth, Maple Plain, St. Bonifacious, Eden Prairie, & Wayzata.
Coming soon to Colorado – We serve the Highlands Ranch and surrounding areas. The southwestern suburbs of Denver.
Our clients are in alignment with our policies and our core values. We are able to serve our clients well because we hold a mutual respect for one another and understand the value of integrity, accountability, ownership, and kindness.
About Us
Most of our products are eco-friendly and we require recurring service. We utilize online scheduling and payment platforms to keep things nice & neat. We require pre-payment of the first clean to schedule. After that, you pay per clean after services are rendered.
We are committed to working with good humans who do great work. Every cleaner has successfully passed a background check, understands our values and what is needed to successfully complete the task at hand.
We are fully insured as a company and we require any contractors we work with to also be fully insured. This means our cleaners are covered and the work we do in our client’s homes is covered under our Nice & Neat insurance policy.
Our Work
We specialize in homes between 1,800 SF and 4,000 SF, with 2-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Can we clean homes above this range? Sometimes. We will just need to charge accordingly because it means more work and more time. We can always add services for additional charges. This will be outlined in the Services Agreement to be signed & agreed upon.
